What are the Imperial Theatre’s Box Office Hours?
The Box Office is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. For live events, the Box Office opens two hours before show time. For movies, the Box Office opens one hour before show time.

What types of payment does the Imperial accept?
The Imperial accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check cards and cash, at the Box Office as well as at Concessions. Personal checks are not accepted.

If I order tickets online, how will I get them?
You may choose to have your tickets mailed to you (for orders placed more than one week in advance of the performance date), You can also choose the Print At Home delivery method to print your tickets, or you may pick up your tickets at the box office window (also called WILL CALL) during regular box office hours or as early as 2 hours prior to the show.

Does my child need a ticket?
All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the theatre. Please be aware that not all events are suitable for children. Infants will not be admitted to adult programs/performances. Parents will be asked to escort disruptive children out of the theatre.

Does the Imperial have concessions available?
Concessions are available in the Imperial Theatre lobby area during most performances. The theatre offers a wide array of packaged snacks, candy and beverages. For our patrons 21 years of age and older, we also offer a selection of alcoholic beverages at most of our shows. Concession prices range from $1 for snacks, $2 for soft drinks and bottled water, $7 for beer and wine and $8 for mixed drinks.

How can I get a schedule mailed to me about what is happening at the Imperial Theatre?
All events are posted to our Season Calendar. The Imperial Theatre sends out weekly E-Blasts with updates on events, which you can sign up for on our Homepage. You can also call the Box Office at 706-722-8341.

Why is a show I have heard about not on your schedule?
We do not post shows online or in our E-Blasts until they have a sale date for the tickets. We will not give out any information for an event until the sale date is finalized.

What is the dress code for the Imperial Theatre?
There is no specific dress code for the Imperial Theatre. For movies and concerts, patrons generally dress casually or for a night on the town. For ballets, operas and opening performances, patrons generally dress up in anything from their Sunday best to tuxedos and formal wear.

Where do I find information about directions and parking?
The Imperial Theatre does not own or operate parking facilities; however, there are several public parking lots surrounding the Imperial Theatre. The cost of parking is usually $4 to $10. For specific information, visit our Location page.

Can I take a tour of the Imperial Theatre?
Group Tours (10-25 people) of the Imperial Theatre estimated to take 1 hour and cover theatre architectural details and significant parts of the “house” including front lobby, seating area, stage, and dressing rooms ( if accompanied by sufficient chaperones for children), and mezzanine/balcony sections. $60 base fee for 10- 25 people with and extra charge of $5 for anymore over 25 people. Tours of the historic Imperial Theatre should be scheduled in advance by calling the Box Office at 706-722-8341.

Are there discounts for performances at the Imperial Theatre?
Group rates, student discounts, military discounts and senior citizen discounts may be available, depending on the performance. For information regarding whether discounts for a specific show are available, call the Box Office at 706-722-8341.

Can I reserve tickets over the phone?
If you would like to purchase tickets via telephone, please contact the Imperial Theatre Box Office at 706.722.8341, or you can purchase on-line. Tickets for events may be purchased at the Imperial Theatre box office in person during box office hours.  Tickets cannot be held without payment.
