IMPERIAL THEATRE USAGE FEES 2007-2008
The 840 seat Imperial Theatre is available for rent
by organizations and individuals for the presentation of performances, lectures, presentations and meeting.
Priority in scheduling is given to (1) local arts groups who use the theatre on an annual basis, (2)
the theatre's own Presenting Series, and(3) new/casual users.

All technical crew costs to be paid by user. The Theatre will assign a Technical Director to each performance at a rate of $20.00 per hour with a minimum of four hours per shift. The Technical Director will assist you in securing the additional technical and lighting staff your production will require. All crew personnel must be approved by the Imperial Technical Director. Crew used on holidays require holiday pay. Crews required on Sundays will be paid and billed at time and a half (1.5) the regular straight-time rate. Other overtime conditions exist please inquire. Sound Reinforcement

| $1250.00 Base Rate includes use of FOH and monitor board, full speaker/PA array consisting of deck-mounted and suspended speaker cabinets in orchestra and balcony sections. |
Additional sound reinforcement may be required. Equipment rental is coordinated through the theatre's Technical Director/Sound Engineer.
Box Office Services

| $200 a show + 4% of gross sales |
Hourly Box-office employee rates may be charged as required(4 hour minimum). Box office services include window, online and phone sales; mail order processing, credit card processing; daily reports; online support. Fees include a set-up charge, box office charge and a percentage of gross ticket sales. Box services are contracted separately and must be arranged at the time of contract signing.
Hospitality Room
Flat rate for hospitality activities during seminar hours, rehearsal and post performance activities. Fee is charged per room used. Tables and chairs available on request for an additional charge. No outside concessions without prior authorization. If a Hospitality Room is utilized prior to a performance, management reserves the right to request that it be released back to the house one half-hour prior to beginning of the performance in order to allow time for it to be cleaned and set-up as a concession space.
Fire Marshall
A Fire Marshall is required for all performances at a rate of $15 per hour with a four (4) hour minimum. The City of Augusta ordinance requires the use of two (2) fire marshals for any assembly of more than 250 people.
Security Officer
A Security Officer is required for all performances at a rate of $15 per hour with a four (4) hour minimum. Additional security may also be required depending on the nature of the activity.
Renovation Fee
All tickets sold through the theatre web-site, charge by telephone, walk-up or by fax shall include a renovation fee of $1.00 per ticket, paid by the ticket purhaser. The theatre shall retain the renovation fee portion of ticket sales to benefit renovation efforts at the theatre.
